I have used MailerLite to create a webform that triggers an email (basically asking how they enjoyed our service). Everything worked great until this past week — the triggered email now never arrives.
I’ve reached out to their tech support but . . . wow, shockingly poor responses. Most of their responses are questions unrelated to this issue (which they would know if they read my entire note to them and if they bothered to view the screenshots I provided). It’s been 5 days and no answers.
Any suggestions on a low-cost alternative that provides customizable webforms -> email automation?
