I am very new to social media and community management, personally I find a little tedious to post the same content on Instagram, Facebook, X, Linkedin, Tiktok, Youtube and Pinterest, each platform has their own format so I have to edit the same content for every platform.

Each one has different requirements: TikTok and YouTube Shorts want vertical video, Instagram and Facebook like square or vertical visuals, Pinterest prefers longer vertical images, and LinkedIn often benefits from a more professional caption.
Editing the same content seven times gets exhausting.
What helped me was using an automation tool to do most of the work. I create the content once, upload it into Sociamonials, and then tweak as needed for each platform.
For example, I’ll shorten a caption for X or change the video format for TikTok.
