Q: For white label CRM, are there any affordable GHL alternatives as a beginner?

affordable GHL alternatives for beginners

I am just starting out and GHL is 100$ to 500$ monthly depending on package.
For me as I don’t have clients its not affordable.
So are there any alternatives right now I can shift to GHL when I get more connections and it becomes ready to scale could any one help on this?

A: I totally get where you’re coming from. GHL is packed with features, but that $100–$500/month pricing can feel like overkill when you’re just starting out with no clients yet.

I went through something similar when I was figuring out how to offer CRM or funnel services without draining my wallet.

If you’re looking for something more beginner-friendly budget-wise, I’d recommend checking out Systeme.io. It’s also an all-in-one platform: funnels, email marketing, basic CRM, automation, membership sites, affiliate program — and it has a free plan to get started (no credit card needed).

It doesn’t have white-label features or an agency dashboard like GHL, but here’s something you might like:

✅ You can create multiple “workspaces” or sub-accounts by opening a new Systeme.io account under your own affiliate link. Each subaccount will have its own dashboard, contacts, and automations — basically, a separate mini-business.

According to Systeme.io website:
With systeme.io, every plan allows you to create unlimited subaccounts. Each subaccount is a fully fledged systeme.io account with its own full set of limits. The limits for each subaccount are the same as those of your main account’s plan, at no extra cost. For example: if your plan allows for 50 funnels, each subaccount you create can also have 50 funnels.

Here’s the cost breakdown per account:

  • Free Plan: 3 funnels, 1 course, 2,000 contacts
  • Startup Plan ($27/month): 10 funnels, 5 courses, 5,000 contacts
  • Webinar Plan ($47/month): 50 funnels, 20 courses, 10,000 contacts
  • Unlimited Plan ($97/month): Unlimited everything

So even if you’re not doing white label just yet, you can manage separate projects or client workspaces by starting them on separate plans. And if you’re not charging clients yet, they can even start on a free plan until they scale.

Once you’re working with clients or want more advanced automations and branding, it’ll make more sense to move to GHL — but Systeme.io is honestly a solid bridge until then.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you’ve tried anything else or are considering other tools. I’m always curious what’s working for others in the industry.
